My Immersion Assembely

Wow !!! Lots of teachers were dressed up as famous Mariners like Pirates,James Cook,Jessica Watson, Erick The Red and Leaf Erickson. It was our Immersion Assembly the first assembly for Term3.

First Mr Burt introduced Team 1. They had a video of some Maori men Paddling in a Waka . Then the Team 1 teachers started paddling like the men in the Waka .

After Team 1 it was Team 2 s turn - Mrs She was a Pirate and Mrs Burne was James Cook . They were Negotiating over what they wanted . It was funny because the pirate was putting his sword to James Cook’s Throat.

The Immersion Assembly was cool but very long , I think our topic Mighty Mariners is alright
